What this application stores

Signing in with Google or GitHub stores your provider account identifier, name, email address (and whether the provider verified it), and first and latest sign-in times. If you complete your profile we also store your city or chapter, job title, company or college, chosen interests, whether you want community emails, and the privacy-notice version you accepted. We send one welcome email to a verified address when you register. Your learning-passport photo, social handles and self-reported certifications stay in your own browser and are never sent to us. Submission forms store the fields you provide and your explicit consent for handling your request. Member preferences store saved resource and followed topic relationships.

How information is used

Authorized staff and assigned reviewers can process applicable requests. Public pages never display private application emails or unpublished drafts. Content is published separately after review.

Optional newsletter

Subscription requires explicit consent. Keep the private management link shown after subscription to unsubscribe or delete your subscription. Delivery is not active until an operator configures a provider.

Cookies and analytics

Authentication uses essential secure session cookies in HTTPS production. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are installed. Any future analytics require operator privacy review and consent where applicable.

Retention, access, and deletion

Operators must configure retention and perform scheduled cleanup. Use the contact form to request access, correction, export, or deletion; identity must be verified privately before processing. Retention and operator identity must be finalized before launch.
